To order a cake you will need a private consultation with me to ensure you get exactly the cake you want. Consultations are currently being booked three weeks in advance.
Due to the time it takes to produce an exquisite cake to the highest standard possible, we only accept a very limited number of orders per month and never more than two in a single week. To avoid disappointment it is advised that you book your wedding cake at least 6 months in advance, however we will accommodate later bookings if we are able.
During the consultation you will be able to try some delicious samples and we will discuss your dream wedding cake. This will include the number of people you are catering for, the shape, number of tiers, colours, any theme you might be working to and the cake centre you wish to have. I usually design the basic cake in front of you so you have full input. If necessary I will then go away and design the finishing touches. Once I have designed your cake we will be able to give you a quotation for the cost.
As a general guide, the average cake starts at £10 per serving with the cost increasing depending upon the complexity of the design. The majority of my wedding cakes range between £1,200 and £3,000.
Wedding cakes are delivered and set-up throughout Surrey and Central London. Set-ups further afield can be discussed during the consultation.
